Travel arrangements

Wandertine Tours & Travel coordinates travel services including accommodation, transport, flights, tours and related arrangements. Supplier terms may apply to individual bookings.

Bookings and payments

Prices, availability and payment schedules are confirmed at the time of booking. Any cancellation, amendment or supplier charges will be communicated before confirmation where applicable.

Customer information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, travel dates, passport details and other information required for their booking.

Changes

Travel plans can change because of airline, supplier, weather, regulatory or other operational circumstances. We will communicate material changes and assist with alternatives where reasonably possible.
